ZWH is a work in progress.
The ZWH logo is Japanese Kanji lettering, 努力 — Dōryoku.
努 — effort, endeavor, exertion
力 — power, strength, force
The origin of this is the Shotokan Dojo Kun - Shotokan Karate training hall rules, particularly doryoku no seishin wo yashinau koto (Cultivate a spirit of effort).
Shotokan is a martial art and a philosophy, where the ultimate aim is the perfection of the character of its participants. This makes Shotokan part of an ancient lineage, tracing back to Stoicist principles. Although separated by time and distance, Shotokan and the philosophy of Marcus Aurelius are closely related.
